❄️ Winter is here... and motivation can feel a little harder to find.

The mornings are darker. The bed is warmer. The excuses seem to multiply.

That's why for the entire month of June, members can bring a friend for FREE to any of our classes or during staffed gym hours.

Here is why I train … for moments like this 🫶🏻

I want to make sure that they see their Dad becoming a better version of himself every workout. They already have a great role model in Steph, who shows them every day how to be a strong woman.

I want to be able to physically lift them up for the rest of their lives, to let them know that they are safe with me forever. Same goes for my wife, to make sure she knows she is safe with me.

The many health benefits that come with training, both physical and mental, are massive especially as you get older!

Also, so I can intimidate their future boyfriends!! Looking forward to being introduced when the time comes 😂

Local community gyms are about so much more than fitness.

They’re about connection. Support. Familiar faces. Encouragement on the hard days. Celebrating the wins - big and small.

They’re where friendships are built, confidence grows, our kids run around between classes, and people feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are.

We’re proud to be part of the Fremantle community and incredibly grateful to every person who chooses to train with us, support us, laugh with us and grow with us ❤️
