The new Walyalup Civic Centre and Fremantle Library opened on Monday 22 November 2021. Membership is free! Visit fremantle.wa.gov.au/library to sign up.
The new library includes an expanded collection, with 2,500 more items, a dedicated history centre, children's area and gaming zone.

📚 Join us to celebrate the release of Geraldine Mellet's debut novel.
Things I Cannot Say is a wry, clever and ultimately uplifting novel about a young woman, newly paralysed and voiceless, who must find a way to save the day. For this launch event, Geraldine will be interviewed by writer, journalist and former ABC broadcaster Gillian O'Shaughnessy.
☕ Copies of the book will be available for purchase, with complimentary drink and nibbles throughout the event.
