Some days you just have to give in and go with the flow! Yesterday I had 2 back to back shoots and Felix was unable to attend early learning. So I packed an extra bag, some toys and we both went into work together overcoming the obstacle. We went together and completed both shoots (with the help of everyone that came along too). And Felix had a blast seeing so many diggers and trucks! Sometimes it does take a village. Appreciate of my beautiful colleagues at for allowing me to adapt and overcome.

A boy, a dog, and the last light of day. They watch the sky — planes tracing overhead, a ball tossed in the hush between flights.

Before I share the work pics… here’s a little glimpse of life behind the lens this weekend. Shot on my home camera, the Fuji. 📸 Having my family join me while working with such incredible clients is not something I take for granted. Feeling grounded, inspired, and grateful all at once.

Work-life balance can exist—and sometimes it looks like this!

Had an absolute blast shooting for over the weekend! 📸✨ Triple M threw it back in style for Margaux & Dan’s epic ‘80s-themed 40th—and let’s just say, the neon was bright, the hair was big, and the vibes were next level! ⚡🕺🎶 Who else wishes they could time-travel back to the ‘80s every weekend?! 👀💃

As I look back through some photos from my recent trip to Auckland, every shot is a reminder: slow down, pay attention, and let the city show you something unexpected. One of my favourite moments was when I was taking some photos of some kids jumping off a pier. (Photos 1, 6 and 9)

They noticed I was taking photos and excitedly ran up to me and asked if I would take more. Lots of laughter and posing. The funny thing is they didn’t even want the photos afterwards. They just were having fun in the moment. I love that having a camera in your hand sometimes opens up connection opportunities that you would never otherwise have.

What an awesome opportunity to just slow down and capture some random moments.

Turning unexpected delays into unforgettable frames. We got lost in Auckland due to the Brisbane cyclone, but the streets had their own stories to tell.

The new is a dream to shoot with as was the beautiful city of Auckland with every corner of the city revealing a canvas of light and shadow.
