Project hightlight:) Wanted to share this powerful film we supported African women's advocacy group New Change make.
We did a project with Vic Police soon after we had finished this project and they told us how they had shared this film in a large group meeting of police officers. They mentioned how quiet it was in the room aftrewards... what a big impact it had had on all the officers, because they don't often get to hear directly from young people in this way.
Hopefully this creates greater empathy and better relationships with police:)

Sharing one of our project highlights - we loved working on this project - such an incredible group of young women. So creative, and so much strength. The support they had for each other was also a beautiful thing to see:)
What an epic day 🤩 Last Saturday we were working on the Yalinguth Fitzroy Music Tour as part of 🤩 The community turnout was huge, which totally made it 😊 … here it is as it unfolded 🖤💛❤️

Just went to our first monthly tenant collaborator meeting in our new home

We’ll be working with Year 8 students across English and History connecting with local Elders and being immersed in local history on a guided Yalinguth Tour down Gertrude St. We’ll also support students to get active, and make a film about their experience 😊
