An super unlucky offsite injury, means we have a spot available immediately for a Bar Supervisor, with good classics and hi- volume cocktail experience.

Must be able to close Friday, Saturday & Sunday (1am, 1am, 11pm). More hours available if needed.

Some things we've been missing: gin sour, Abrolhos Islands scallops, a glass of Ravensworth Pinot Gris. Our fingers are crossed we can be serving something comparable in a week or two.
