Hi everyone!
It’s been so long since shut its door permanently 2018.

I made hard decision to close URA as I was struggling between 2 businesses emotionally and financially around that time…
It wasn’t easy to let go but now I am soooooo happy that I have no stress and my current shop is doing fantastic job!

Now is the perfect time URA coming back .
I kept old shelves from URA for this.

What should I get?? Please give me some advice?? What did you get from old URA???

What if URA coming back ?!?!

URA only have four more days till the end..
I will be there every day after 3pm!! Please come to say good bye 🙂

Okonomiyaki, this Time to Stay Yutaka Matsuda pops up for the last time at Papirica in Collingwood.

Our sister shop we got robbed at the very end of day... all of our money were stolen by someone.... don't worry we are fine it was just money, we can easily recover from that 😤😤😤 if you haven't tried our Okonomiyaki yet, please come and enjoy our space and foood!! It would be big support for us :)

Hi everyone.

Today our sister shop Okonomi-yaki cafe PAPIRICA finally opens :)
Sorry I didn't do much promotion about it for reason.

But the cafe is not 100%completed. It is still some work needs to be done shortly.
I had to push to open I couldn't keep renting the space without generating any money. I am still very proud of the cafe how it looks tho!!

Therefore we have very simple menu at the moment.

For example we have no coffee on our drink menu yet. we have some nice hot/ice tea collection and soft drinks.

Food menu is very very simple now, We are concentrating on just Okonomiyaki now with some options. we have had two pop ups at the cafe before its opening, it was crazy busy and some people had to wait food over one hour... I am not so happy about that.
I thought what if we have full on menu at the begging without enough practice and knowledge of how the service flows within staff members, we can not provide good food and experience to you. so now we will concentrate just Okonomiyaki for a while to learn how to provide consistent good food and service every moment. soon after we will start adding more once we get confidence !!

The Cafe looks amazing good :) very proud.
We will do our best to create space in the community where people can experience our Osaka soul food OKONOMIYAKI and also I am hoping this place will be very communal always people can feel welcomed and relaxed, sometimes having some cultural events etc etc so many possibilities here now!! lets see what will happen!!!!
now PAPIRICA is finally open!! The story begun because of you and you and you!!

PAPIRICA means 'Good Harvest Year' in Japanese indigenous language called 'Ainu'
