Exploring hard shell materials made from off cuts from my production that are carefully placed and softened in the heat press and then shaped using simple cardboard molds. One more idea to refine that has endless possibilities. 💡

When I was in high school my friends Ana and taught me how to crochet so I started making bags during class and selling them to my classmates. Now after 20+ years I crochet again but now out of filaments made from plastic bags, inspired by my mentor and super talented artist Angela Nashaat!
