The worst thing you can do is have policies in place but not stick to them!

Bending your policies for one client means bending them for all, remember this when you’re thinking about not charging that no show fee because “omg I forgot completely can I please transfer my deposit fee over to a new appointment”.

Something else I wish was taught is how and when can I raise my prices!

It drove me crazyyy and I didn’t want to lose any of my clients or make anyone upset, it was all trial and error but I came up with questions to ask yourself when thinking about increasing your prices.

Don’t be afraid to put a price on the quality of your work!!
