STOLEN!!
09/02/2026
Over the weekend, our 2,000-litre diesel fuel trailer was stolen from a civil construction site on Kinross Road, Thornlands. The offenders also siphoned diesel from multiple machines belonging to the construction company on site.
Unfortunately, due to the infrequent use of this fuel trailer, it was not insured. This theft has had a direct and significant impact on our day-to-day operations, and at this time we do not have the funds available to replace it.
If anyone has seen this fuel trailer or has any information regarding its whereabouts, we are offering a reward for its safe return. The incident has been reported to police, and any information can also be provided directly to them.

Residential Tree Work | Kenmore 🌳
This job in Kenmore involved the careful removal of a large overextended branch from a mature eucalyptus.
The goal wasn’t to over-prune or “lop it back”. It was to:
✔️ Reduce risk to the home below
✔️ Improve canopy balance
✔️ Maintain the long-term health of the tree
All work was completed by qualified arborists and carried out in line with relevant Australian Standards, ensuring the tree remains safe, stable, and healthy moving forward.
This is the difference between tree work that simply looks good today, and arboriculture that protects your property for years to come.
If you have a large tree near your home and something doesn’t feel right, it’s worth getting it assessed early.

Routine tree checks help identify issues before they turn into property damage or access problems. Early assessment allows work to be planned instead of rushed.
This can save time, cost, and stress later on.

Many trees fail days or even weeks after heavy rain, not during it. Saturated soil can weaken root support, and the effects are not always immediate.
If you notice leaning, movement at the base, or new cracks appearing after rain, an inspection can help determine whether the tree is safe.

After summer rain, the first signs of trouble are often subtle. Soft ground, small shifts at the base of a tree, or changes in how it sits can appear before any obvious damage. These are things many people do not notice straight away.
Catching these early changes can help prevent bigger problems later on.

Many trees that fall during storms already had problems long before the weather arrived. Internal decay, weakened roots, or small cracks can slowly develop inside the tree without any clear signs. When the ground becomes soft or the wind picks up, these weaknesses often show themselves suddenly.
If a tree on your property has begun leaning, has dropped branches, or looks different from how it used to, it is worth having it reviewed before the next storm. A simple inspection can help prevent a far more serious issue later on.

Overgrown trees can make it difficult to move safely around the property. Low branches and heavy canopies often block driveways, reduce visibility, and cause problems for vehicles, visitors, and deliveries. These issues usually become worse after rain or strong winds, when branches drop lower or break.
Keeping access areas clear helps protect the property and makes day-to-day movement much easier. If your driveway or entry points feel more restricted than they used to, an inspection can help you understand what trimming or clearing is needed.

Many tree problems begin small and gradually become far more costly when they are not attended to. A weak limb may give way during strong winds. A small split can open up after heavy rain. Overgrown branches can damage roofs, fences, or sheds without warning.
Regular maintenance helps prevent these issues and keeps the property safer throughout the year, especially during storm season.
If it has been a while since your trees were last reviewed, a simple inspection can help you understand what needs attention and what can wait.

Many insurance claims following storms trace back to trees that had not been maintained for years. Overgrown limbs can fail under wind load, strike buildings and block access. Insurers often require proof that reasonable maintenance was carried out.
If your trees have not been trimmed for a long time, a simple pruning plan can reduce the likelihood of future claims and protect the property during severe weather.

Heavy rain changes how stable a tree is. Softened soil, root movement and increased weight from waterlogged canopies all affect how a tree responds to wind. A tree that once felt secure can shift unexpectedly after days of rain.
If you have noticed loosening soil, new lean or low branches dipping closer to the ground, it may be worth arranging a quick assessment. These changes often appear before larger problems follow.
For inspections call 1300 239 626.
