Aurora Project Group is proud to have delivered multiple fitouts at the iconic Durack Centre for Stockland, in collaboration with Dave Murdoch from Touchstone Project Management and the team at Oriol Design Studio.

Led by our very own Project Manager Sheri Harris and Site Manager Christian Khalil, the journey began with the successful delivery of the Level 11 show suite, followed closely by Stockland’s own office on Level 12. Building on this success, we were engaged to deliver additional negotiated works across Levels 6, 7, 9, and 10 — a true testament to the strength of the delivery team and the trust of a satisfied client.

St Louis Estate - Honouring the past while building for today.

Aurora Project Group has been entrusted to undertake the careful restoration of the Homestead’s heritage features. The aim was to apply a respectful and considered approach at every stage of the works. The project involved the meticulous restoration of the buildings features ensuring both its structural integrity and historical character was retained. Particular care was taken to preserve the original state while maintaining its distinctive heritage features as a tangible link to the Homestead’s past.

WorkZone West

We are proud to share the delivery of WorkZone West.

This high-spec project, located at 202 Pier Street, was a huge success. Aurora Project Group completed the refurbishment of the main entry lobby, new end-of-trip, and bicycle facilities. We also removed the intertenancy stairs across multiple floors and constructed structural infills of all openings to create an open plan across each level. WorkZone West was delivered in a live and highly sensitive commercial environment. Our team operated around existing tenants across multiple floors. To meet a tight program and minimise disruption, we implemented a dual-shift strategy with coordinated day and night teams working seamlessly to achieve all milestones within the allocated timeframe.

From premium flooring and bespoke joinery to architectural lighting, our team at Aurora Project Group focused on delivering exceptional finishes while remaining aligned with program and cost expectations—ensuring a seamless delivery from start to finish.

A big thank you to Elanor Investors Group, Touchstone Project Management, Plus Studio, and Alphazeta Group for their trust and collaboration. And of course, thank you to the Aurora Team involved in this project. We look forward to continuing our success across future projects.

On Friday 19th September, had the privilege of attending the Boobalicious Ball, supporting – a charity very close to our hearts after one of our own has faced the breast cancer journey.

This year’s Disco Rodeo theme was nothing short of incredible – thanks to Peta Evans, Event & Marketing Manager of Boobalicious, and team for delivering such a memorable night. From the runway lingerie show high-energy performances and auctions, to music, the highlight was undoubtedly five inspiring breast cancer survivors taking to the stage for the lingerie show. Their strength and courage left the room in tears – a powerful reminder of why this cause matters so deeply.
From humble beginnings in 2002 with just 240 guests raising $25,000, to now welcoming 770 guests and fundraising over $3 million, Boobalicious continues to make a remarkable impact. Every dollar goes towards vital programs, including peer support and financial assistance for those affected.
We are proud to support a cause that changes lives.

Aurora was directly engaged by owners Olivia and Phoebe to bring their vision to life, alongside the team at Design Theory
A vibrant, welcoming studio that blends function and company signature styling, from heart-shaped bike racks and bespoke storage, to a custom reception desk and warm, textural finishes.
With mat and reformer rooms, fully fitted changerooms, and signature Heartbeat High style throughout.
A huge congratulations to our Project Manager Sheri Harris and Roger Williamson our site manager and the Aurora team for delivering another amazing project. Special thanks to two amazing clients for entrusting us to build your new beautiful studio.

Progress at St Louis!

St Louis Estate Homestead formerly known as Hinemoa Homestead was built in the late 1890s. Later it became a part of the St Louis school and today it is enjoyed by residents as a retirement community.

Aurora Project Group have the privilege of restoring this beautiful Homestead and all its heritage features. APG have restored all chimneys, re-roofed the heritage building and restored the gable ends on the roof. We have completed the insulation and re-lining on the veranda ceiling and maintained the original heritage pressed tin in the entry.

A huge thank you to St Louis Staff and Residence for your patience during this project. We are so excited to reveal the Homestead in its full splendour.

Aurora Project Group latest hospitality project – BAR APOTHECARY.

The owners of The Wembley Hotel engaged Aurora to add to their portfolio, Bar Apothecary. Sheri Harris, our Project Manager and Christian Khalil, our Site Manager have done an outstanding job in delivering this project. Starting out from a cold shell, Bar Apothecary acts as a centrepiece surrounded by the newly constructed Murdoch Square Towers. This build was a large 900 Sqm venue that can accommodate approximately 450 people across its different spaces. These include an outdoor alfresco dining and seating area, a restaurant inside called “Florence’s” and the main area, “Bar Apothecary”.

The Bar name was inspired by an Apothecary, as it is situated between hospitals. An Apothecary historically refers to a person who prepared and sold medicines and herbal remedies, like a modern pharmacist.

The idea behind the wallpaper was to mimic the look of an old apothecary pill box adding a nostalgic medicinal touch to the space. The use of hit and miss matched bricks, feature timber windows by and a double-sided fireplace was used to create an “outdoor” atmosphere inside. The fit out incorporated an extensive commercial kitchen which required significant coordination of the services trades and engineer consultants on site. Kitchen equipment was supplied and installed by . Comprising of combi ovens, fridges, cool rooms, keg rooms, electric conveyor pizza oven, glasswashers, glass chillers, ice machine, coffee machine, stainless steel benches, gas fryers and rangehoods.
