One thing I have learnt is that my body is so clever at doing things the easiest way, so by changing my workout I constantly challenge my body.
My movement routine is full of variety, it is a mix of movements including static and dynamic movement, strength work and a bit of cardio! This helps my body function well. Not too much of one thing! With Reformer, Matwork, Barre, Yoga and Fresh air exercise, we’ve got you covered 🌸

It’s getting warm and we will sweat more. There are lots of advantages with warm workouts and sweating……
1. Detoxification through sweating: Sweating is the body's natural way of cooling down, but it also plays a role in eliminating toxins from the body. Exercising in a warm room can lead to increased sweating, which can help expel toxins and impurities from the skin and body.
2. Increased flexibility and reduced risk of injury: Exercising in a warm environment can help increase your body’s temperature, which, in turn, can lead to increased flexibility in your muscles and joints. This can help you perform exercises with a greater range of motion, thus reducing the risk of strain or injury.
3. Enhanced circulation and cardiovascular benefits: Exercising in a warm room can cause your blood vessels to dilate, which can improve blood circulation throughout your body. This can help deliver more oxygen and nutrients to your muscles, improving their performance and overall cardiovascular health.

Mat Pilates is low-impact, but that doesn’t mean you wont get hot and sweaty! You will definitely feel the burn! 🔥 as you use your own body weight and small props for resistance.
By focusing on breath control and precise movements and a big focus on abs, you will build your core strength even more than you thought possible. Plus the stretching, lengthening movement helps to reduce tension in the body and feel the calmness return.
