Paige has been at Yin Pilates South West for a about 4 months now. She is known for doing a very strong and powerful class! The smiling assassin, Paige teaches on Thursdays, starting with her famous HIIT class now moved to Thursdays at 7.00am! @paigedrage

What are your hobbies?
I love running along a bush track, surfing my long board, doing yoga, spending quality time with my friends, and of course exploring the beautiful south west region.
What’s your fav work out?
My favourite workout is a combination of weights, reformer and running for cardio!
How do you drink your coffee?
Love a soy latte x

What are your hobbies? Hello hello,
I love to spend time outdoors. I really enjoy surfing and swimming in the ocean. If i wasn't a pilates teacher I would be a marine biologist.
What is your fav work out?
My favourite workout is mat work Pilates, it really works everything and you leave class feeling better, win win. I also love a nice afternoon bush walk.
How do you drink your coffee?
My coffee preference is a long black with a dash of coconut milk 🙂

It has been my absolute pleasure to help mentor her and have her practice her teaching over the last six months in the studio. We all love her and congratulate her on now becoming a fully qualified Pilates instructor, qualified in both Mat-work and Reformer! Her gorgeous bubbly personality makes the class inspiring and fun, she can adapt to suit all levels of fitness. She is very caring and has a wonderful knowledge of movement and gaining strength. In her spare time Bea is a devoted surfer and surf photographer! 🏄♀️
