I just drove Rina, my ex wife, to Launceston Airport for her flight to Cairns to spend school holidays with our two grandsons and it sounds like they are assimilating quite well at their new school, getting good reports from their teachers.
I happened to say to Rina that it was a shame that Neal, aka Mr Wonderful, wasn’t available to take her to the airport. Her immediate reply was, said harshly: “He’s not available now, or ever again!”
I didn’t ask why, not my business and I waited until she was on her way well into the departure lounge before I got back into the car, drove out of the airport precinct and started hooting and hollering my joy and delight.
Isn’t it amazing how a piece of news can make your day, your week, month, year and it can make your life, I think that news took at least 20 years off my age!!!
So, look out world, Rosco is back!!!

Miss Rosie keeping her Daddy company on a cold, wet afternoon…well, if I disturb her she will, especially when I get an Anzac biscuit for my afternoon tea to share with her.

And now the important test, what did I miss…if anything? If not, this will be returned to the pot ready for dinner and if my taste buds have been excited, it might be an early dinner!!!
