Connor doesn't hold back. He walks us through the tough stuff, losing his mum way too young, the spiral into addiction, and the reality of being at rock bottom. He’s also dead honest about the people he had around him, the ones who were dragging him down, and the ones that were building him up!

The best part of this story is the last year. Connor shares how he finally drew a line in the sand and used writing and rap as his way out. He’s traded the chaos for lyrics, and he’s proof that no matter how much life kicks you in the guts, you can still find a way to stand back up.
