💡 A simple fix can make a big difference.

One of the first maintenance items we addressed after being engaged to manage a unit complex in Burnie was a car park light that had been flickering on and off for YEARS!

There was a belief that the light pole itself had been condemned and would require complete replacement. Before committing owners to a significant expense, we arranged for BTE Electrical to investigate.

The outcome? The pole was found to be serviceable, the fault was identified, and the light was repaired and returned to full operation.

Self-managed complexes can work very well, but one of the benefits of professional strata management is having the time, systems, and contractor network to investigate issues promptly and coordinate solutions.

A big thank you to BTE Electrical for their assistance in improving safety and visibility for residents.
