About the role:
🔧 Fuel, grease and l**e all mobile equipment daily
🔧 Minor repairs to fleet as required (grease lines etc)
🔧 Assist fitters in repairs as required
🔧 Maintain and service the service truck
🔧 Service lighting plants
🔧 Assist in workshop cleaning duties

Rhinos Diesel Services is a well-established and respected Northern Territory business, and we’re looking for an experienced Accounts & Payroll Officer to join our team based in Yarrawonga.
This is a hands-on, trusted role supporting the day-to-day operation of our office and accounts. For the right person, there is a clear pathway into an Office Manager position within our NT operations.

About the Role
• Payroll processing
• Superannuation and leave management
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Bank reconciliations
• Debtor follow-ups
• Compliance and general administration
• BAS preparation support
• General administration support as required

🔧 About the Role:
You’ll be the sole Light Vehicle Mechanic on shift, working in a dedicated LV section within a professional workshop environment. Reporting to HV supervision and planners, you’ll run your own show and take ownership of the LV fleet maintenance.
Key responsibilities include:
• Service and repair of light vehicles, forklifts, small trucks, and site vehicles
• Diagnosing faults and managing repairs independently
• Communicating with planners and ordering parts in advance
• Managing job cards and maintaining clean, accurate paperwork

• ✔️ Trade-qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic
• ✔️ 5+ years’ experience (mining or remote work preferred)
• ✔️ Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability

• ✔️ Good communication with planners/supervisors
• ✔️ White Card, Working at Heights, and HRWL tickets preferred
