Be honest, how many of your goals / resolutions (I'm not getting into that debate!) have probably been close to all your past Years goals /resolution (be healthy, save money ra ra ra ) and your thinking "hmmmm why can't I achieve them"

The answer is in your "comfort zone"! If you are not doing anything that is a CHANGE and a big change normally (like sacrifice!!!) then it is going to be hard to actually achieve what you want to.

Here is what I am doing in 2017 to make sure I follow through on these goals:

1. Write them down!!!! Have a vision board of what I want to achieve. Have a moment where I reflect on what this may feel or look like when I achieve it.

2. Out, loud and proud! Make people know what my goals are. Have an accountability buddy. Read my goals and vision statement every single day !

3. Recognise what is the thing that always stops you from achieving your goals - wine, too much TV, Facebook scrolling? Be brave enough to know this and give it up for 90 days to give yourself a real focus.

4. Break it down ! I have a 12 month goal but I also need to break this down into quarterly and monthly goals too, so I know how I will get there !!! (Yes this may take a little time, but as the saying goes "fail to plan then plan to fail"
