We’re hiring a confident and organized communicator to support a real estate and mortgage pipeline through outreach, follow-up, and appointment coordination.

In this role, you will:
╰┈➤ Reach out to realtors and borrowers, follow up on active and older leads, and book qualified appointments on the broker’s calendar
╰┈➤ Confirm meetings, update spreadsheets, send lead summaries, and maintain accurate weekly KPI tracking

Support an Australian software business by managing client communication, coordinating daily operations, and helping improve support workflows over time.

This is not a high-volume call centre role. It is a structured support role for someone who communicates clearly, works independently, and takes ownership.

In this role, you will:
╰┈➤ Handle inbound calls and emails, coordinate schedules, and make sure client requests are documented, prioritised, and followed through properly
