Phoenix Rizing was born out of the belief that like the mythical phoenix who could be reborn in all its glory after being burnt to ashes, so too can we all come back from the ashes of broken lives and situations. After my marriage ended, I didn't think all was lost, but I felt I had to recreate myself and my family again. My passion is about helping others follow the breadcrumb trail of their personal growth and evolution to come into full alignment of mind, body, heart and soul. I have healed myself from bipolar disorder and discovered how our bodies really are the vehicle for our Souls. That Spirit and Soul communicate with us through our bodies and physical and emotional states. I love helping others put together their particular unique puzzle from what appears to be disparate pieces and messages. I help my clients see patterns and wholeness in the confusion. And in the process, they learn who they truly are and I help empower them to lead themselves in their own unique path. I help you find *your* way. I do Readings and Consultations and Distance Healings through email and zoom. Love and Light and Joy

God’s energy is not made available to us only under certain conditions (as when God agrees with our prayer, or when we are in God’s “good graces”). God’s energy lives in us, as us, and manifests through us every hour of every day, whether we know it or not—and whether we want it to or not.
We don’t have any choice about this, because God’s energy—which is the power behind creation—is not turn-on-able and turn-off-able. It is always on, every single moment. It is, in fact, Who We Are.

My personal healing journey started with this understanding.
All illness has spiritual and emotional roots.
And all unexpressed and unmet emotions can be "buried" within the physical body.
Understanding our symptoms points to emotional healing which then results in physical healing.
I have experienced this and I continue to use this when I have any physical symptoms now.
It is amazing how quickly the symptoms disappear once we understand the emotional meaning behind them.
Healing, coming back to wholeness, is completely possible.
Medication, while necessary in acute situations, does not address the real *cause* of the symptom.
I know this to be true because of personal experience.
And I have helped others realise, put real eyes, on this too.
Try it.

Emotional healing is not comfortable either...facing our "negative" emotions can be uncomfortable. But it can be done.
And health and ease lie on the other side.
