Join Curly Flat owner Jenifer Kolkka at Frédéric for an exclusive five-course wine dinner, showcasing a remarkable collection of Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs from Victoria’s Macedon Ranges. This exquisite event will culminate in a rare 1999 Pinot Noir served from Magnum.

Each wine has been thoughtfully paired with a seasonal menu by Head Chef Benjamin Chapman.

Meet our head chef, Ben Chapman.

Ben began his culinary journey in 2016, honing his craft across bespoke country estate restaurants in his native United Kingdom. This experience instilled a profound appreciation for the nuance of seasonal cooking, working in close collaboration with local farmers and producers.

Ben has been an integral part of the Frédéric family for the past three years; continually learning, refining and progressing. This talent and dedication culminated in his recent (and well deserved) promotion to Head Chef.

We're excited for Ben to bring his English influence and contemporary lens to classic French and European cuisine. His dishes will honour tradition while incorporating his own unique style and perspective.

His new a la carte menu comes 01.07. Be ready.
