📉 Are property investors quietly exiting the market?
The numbers tell an interesting story.
In the two and a half weeks following the Federal Budget announcement, 75 open inspections attracted 145 attendees. Historically, investors account for around 30% of buyers, which would typically translate to 30–40 investor groups.
This time? Just six investors showed up.
After years of increasing regulations, rising costs and policy changes, many landlords feel they have been "beaten and battered", leading to growing concerns that investor confidence is at an all-time low.
