Every One Café is more than just a café — it is a stepping stone to opportunities, growth, confidence, and employment in the hospitality industry.

We are incredibly proud of the pathways we create, and today we wanted to share the success story of one of our wonderful team members, Narisara.

Narisara started with us in February 2025 and has been such a valued part of the Every One Café team. She arrived to us having already been fully barista trained but wanting to build on her social and customer service skills, strengthen her food handling and drink preparation skills, and during her time with us has gained many hours of hands-on training and support.

Narisara also developed skills in marketing and menu development, contributing to the café in ways that went well beyond day-to-day service. The photos attached to this post capture just some of her journey — from learning new skills, building confidence, and being part of our team, to preparing for the next exciting chapter in her hospitality career.

After 18 months with us, we are delighted that Narisara is now taking the skills, confidence, and experience she has gained into further opportunities within the hospitality industry.

Narisara, we are so proud of your growth and all that you have achieved. Thank you for being such a wonderful part of Every One Café. We wish you all the very best as you take these next steps.

Valorous Place Amstel Club

We are opening our doors again Thursday and Friday this week to provide training opportunities for our team of amazing volunteers.

Join us from 10am - 11.30am and see what Every One Cafe is all about.

Thanks to Amstel Club for providing all funding, training and the great location to allow our cafe to run each and every week.

This is more than coffee. ☕

Thanks to the support of our community, our team can experience training in a real-life, busy café environment.

You may have seen some of our café volunteering team working in the Amstel Club Bistro and kitchen.

Our café continues to grow from strength to strength, with over 8,000 drinks made every year. Whoa, we are busy!

So far, 10 of our team members have secured paid roles within the industry thanks to this training, with one team member already progressing into part-time work in our Sports Bar kitchen. See below for a few snapshots of some team members in our cafe and hard at work in our bistro!

Amstel are incredibly proud to offer opportunities that support people, build skills, and open doors for the future. We do not take any NDIS funding and offer this opportunity all at our own cost.

Because for us, it has always been about more than coffee — it is about creating pathways.

Thank you to our amazing community who joined us last week as we held our biggest morning tea for the Cancer Council Australia.

We had so many visitors and had a record week with over 200 drinks ordered.

We are so proud that together we raised $639 for a worthwhile cause.

Huge thanks again to Amstel Club for providing all our trainers, cafe, great coffee and tea and delicious food.

We are very proud.
