Got some time over the weekend to look after yourself? Bring up the heart rate with this little workout. π
5 Rounds as fast as possible:
10 Squats
10 Push Ups
10 Rows (no weight at home? No worries, you could use a water bottle, a bag of flour, the vacuum cleaner)
30 sec high knees
10 Good Mornings
20 Lunges (total)
Make sure to keep your chest upright and your back nice and straight at all times - enjoy! π

Got no equipment at home? I got you covered, try this for a Friday Funday workout:
Walk 1min
Run for 20sec
10 Airsquats
Walk 1min
Run for 20sec
10 Push Ups
Walk 1min
Run for 20sec
10 Lunges
Walk 1min
Run for 20sec
10 Shoulder Taps
Repeat for as many rounds as you like or set a timer and do as many rounds as possible in given time. Don't short change yourself on the time, should be a minimum of 16min ideally 32min! π
