The design builds on the authenticity of the original 1908 Fitzroy auction room and presents an open and inviting venue to enjoy local craft beers, ciders and wines. A project proudly led by Stephen Trainor, the son of the auctioneer who sold at Smith Street Auctions for 50 years. With a craft focus, Lot 347 presents the opportunity to learn, appreciate and enjoy the rich flavours of our local brews.
