We have not been allowed to have our fireworks for a few years now, but I think we still managed to go out with a bang!

Thank you all for an incredible send off season in these last months but especially for those of you in the room with us for the last moments.

I will never, ever forget this time you have created for me and for my Team whose shoulders I have stood so tall on.

May the new year bring you beautiful celebrations filled with happiness, health and joy for many years to come.

So many important people to thank, but for this particular finale evening I want to thank our glitzy and glamorous guests who absolutely showed up!!
I want to thank the most incredible crew any employer has ever been fortunate enough to have on board, they know how much I love and appreciate them.
To Glenys Mercer Flair Floral Events who rose to the occasion and helped me all day long, your florals were stunning!
Balloons by the Bay Balloons by the Bay Party Hire you once again brought the brilliance!
Our gorgeous DJ Miss Renae Simone with her velvety voice just crushed all evening, and of course my Sylvie, Papillon Studio you have been capturing our memories for so many years but this season finale has been absolutely spectacular. Thank you from the bottom of my heart beautiful woman.

What a very special full circle moment for our very last restaurant service.
Nathan Seiler was one of the first to play our beautiful baby grand and now he’s officially the last to have played it. A fitting finale to have such a high caliber artist & composer come home for our final dinner service.

Thank you to all of our musicians and artists over so many years, you have all contributed to my memories but most importantly have helped create a lasting musical legacy for our venue and our community.

Unusually lost for words… we are serving our very last Saturday Evening as I post this with only one more day of our regular service tomorrow…
My little champion team has carried us (especially me) over the line, and if I have to go out, I couldn’t have orchestrated a more glorious send off!
