GreazeFest Presents: Pat Capocci
Based in Manly Beach, NSW, Australia, Pat Capocci brings a fresh perspective to the international rockin’ scene. Authentic and carrying his own distinct musical identity, Capocci thrills and kills with trademark thunderous guitar, savage rhythms, and a stack of smoking, self-penned songs, an inspired blend of western swing, rockabilly and blues. No surprise that he is widely regarded as Australia’s best modern practitioner of rockabilly. In the past 10 years, the prolific guitar slinger has released a handful of sensational albums including his latest ‘Echoes from the Asphalt Jungle’. GreazeFest Presents: Screamin’ Rebel Angels (USA)
Straight from New York, the Screamin’ Rebel Angels’ unrelenting music re-imagines the legacy of rock’n’roll, rockabilly, and rhythm’n’blues into a bold sound, taking audiences to an untamed world of dangerous women, broken hearts, courage and conviction.
Driving their live performances is the dynamic Laura Palmer on upright bass and vocals, a versatile multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer who earned the title of “Rockabilly Female of the Year” at the 2020 Ameripolitan Awards. Laura will be joined by the talented Rupert Jenner on stratospheric lead guitar and Coojee Timms on drums for their Australian debut at GreazeFest.
