Stage 1 at Matthew’s Anglican School in Yanchep continues to progress well for AngliSchools , with Byte Construction making strong headway on site over the last week.
Structural steel to the ELC building has now reached 80% completion, while slab preparation works to the STEM building are also complete, including all service prelays ahead of the upcoming concrete pour.
The project remains ahead of program, with roofing expected to commence next week on the ELC building.
Looking forward to seeing this one continue to take shape ahead of welcoming students for Term 1, 2027.

Early works are now underway at Bullsbrook Crossings, with earthworks progressing on Stage 1 ahead of the new Atlas Fuel Station in South Bullsbrook.
This marks the beginning of a well considered industrial precinct, positioned to support the continued growth of Bullsbrook and the surrounding corridor. With key infrastructure taking shape, the project is moving from planning into delivery.
Momentum across the estate is building, with industrial buildings and hardstands already leasing and strong interest continuing to come through.

From sourcing the land through to planning approvals, design coordination, civil works and now into built form construction, it’s been a great project to be part of from day one.
Works are progressing well on site with Byte construction, with the concrete pour continuing and structural steel now on site ready for the next stage. You can really start to see it all coming together!

First concrete poured this week at The Ord Estate Beresford.
Tomahawk completed the 38 lot subdivision in 2025, and it is great to now see the next phase of the project underway with the delivery of 41 new dwellings across the estate.
This milestone marks the beginning of the vertical construction phase, with footing works now underway as the project progresses through its early build stages.
Great to see the team on site bringing the project to life.
