We’re looking for an experienced Finance Officer / Administrator to join our team in Chinchilla. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

We have flexible working arrangements e.g. school pick up and drop off’s

What you’ll be doing:
✅ Data entry – including AP, payroll data, and journals
✅ Reconciling GL accounts
✅ Generating and reconciling reports
✅ Submitting external reporting
✅ General administration support

What we’re looking for:
🔹 Experience with accounting systems (Xero preferred)
🔹 Payroll program and data import knowledge (advantageous)
🔹 Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
🔹 High attention to detail
