We’re coming to support the Inverell farming community!

We know that times are tough on the land right now, and sometimes the best way to move forward is to have a proper chat with someone who understands

Tuesday the 5th & Wednesday the 6th of May, three of our team members, Kristy, Leanne and Matt, will be at the Inverell Town Hall Annex to support our local farmers

Whether you need to discuss financial assistance, navigate supply requirements, simply need a listening ear or a cup of coffee, we are here to help

We’ll be set up with information, mental health referral services, light refreshments all throughout the days. No appointment is necessary, just drop in for a chat, see what we’re about, grab a cuppa, and let us know how we can help you and your family

Today we share some bittersweet news with our Aussie Helpers community.

After an incredible journey, our CEO Tash Kocks will be stepping away from her role with Aussie Helpers.
Tash has been a driving force behind our organisation, leading with heart, vision, and an unwavering commitment to supporting rural and regional Australians. Her passion for people and community has helped shape Aussie Helpers into what it is today, and her impact will be felt for years to come.

While we are deeply grateful for everything Tash has given, she will be greatly missed by our team, our supporters, and the many communities she has touched.

We invite you to join us in celebrating Tash and the incredible contribution she has made — please take a moment to farewell her with us and share your messages, memories, and well wishes.

We wish Tash all the very best in her next chapter — we know she will continue to make a difference wherever she goes.

We were honoured to attend their recent luncheon, where our team members, Matt and Amy, had the opportunity to share more about the work we do supporting farming families across Australia!

The Inner Wheel Club of Brisbane generously presented Aussie Helpers with a $1,000 donation, which will go directly towards helping those doing it tough in rural communities

We are so grateful for your kindness, hospitality, and ongoing support - it truly makes a meaningful difference!

A big thank you to Sunshine Confectionery for their generous support of Aussie Helpers!

After reaching out during our recent toiletry drive, Denise and the team kindly donated 9 boxes of toiletries, along with some lollies for farming families and their kids doing it tough.

Sunshine Confectionery has been in business for 16 years and comes from a farming background themselves, so they truly understand the challenges faced in the bush. Not only are they wonderful supporters, they also offer a huge range of affordable lollies shipped right across Australia - including a fantastic selection of gluten-free options

We’re excited to work with CMC Rocks QLD again in 2026 to support our Aussie farmers!

Every drink container recycled at the festival from the 20th-22nd of March contributes to real support where it’s needed most

So while you’re soaking in good music and a great atmosphere, keep an eye out for the green bins and help make a difference to the heart of our country.
