Looking for a commercial cleaner to visit two sites, one in Birkdale and the other in Manly each morning and complete the below tasks.
- bin liners changed
- leaves on pathway removed
- visible rubbish in carpark/gardens removed
- toilets swept/moped/cleaned
- any toilet paper/ paper towels restocked.

This needs to be completed before 8am daily, very quick once you get into a routine, prefer someone local, need to be able to confirm once completed each day with photos, needs to be reliable, need to send through an invoice and have an abn, no cleaning products /equipment required.

Great as a second job to earn extra income, can be done either after 9pm at night or before 8am in the morning.

Need to have own transport to get to each job and can start soon.

We are expanding our crew and looking at getting someone in casual with part time/ full time hours. No experience necessary as we will train you up but general handyman skills would be highly regarded. Open license preferable and pay is depending on experience and above award rates.

Prefer someone local to Redlands.

Need someone reliable, trustworthy, keen to work as part of a team and have a positive attitude. We currently have a team of 5 and hoping to get 2 more.

Duties include installing office chairs, desks, cupboards, general handyman, real estate clear outs etc.

We have a position available for someone to complete 2 x sites for commercial cleaning each morning, 7 days a week. The sites which are at Manly and Birkdale can be done from 5-9am in the morning. The required tasks include cleaning of the toilets and emptying of the bins and normally takes only an hour to complete each site... which means two hours of work each day and 14 hours of work each week.
We are looking for someone who is RELIABLE and trustworthy to complete this for us.
You will need to have an ABN and be able to send through to us invoices for the work completed.

NWYAS is a client we do alot of work for. This is such a beautiful reminder of why we support them the way we do.

Adele is a young Mum who moved into NWYAS late last year. She had been couch surfing for over 8 months while pregnant and was growing increasingly worried over not having a stable accommodation option. Adele had a history of homelessness due to family breakdown and no option to return to home. She was determined to get a safe and secure home and provide a bright future for her and her baby. When she reached out to NWYAS it was her last hope due to not being able to stay with a friend for much longer and no one else to turn to. Since moving into NWYAS she has achieved many goals including linking in with mental health support, Mums group, gaining her licence and enrolling in TAFE. She has since secured a long term housing option and is working with NWYAS to transition safely to her forever home.

Adele's journey before entering NWYAS is often very similar to many other young people and families who refer to us for support and assistance.
