We had the lovely Claire from .allied.health join us for a talk on Osteoporosis and diet, giving amazing tips and advice that everyone will implement at home. Everyone had a great feedback and really enjoyed the session!
And a massive thank you to for letting us host the talk in one of the venue rooms there, you guys were a real life saver!! (We had more people join than initially anticipated)

June's Staff Spotlight is our wonderful EP Hugh! Hugh joined our team in February this year and the clients have nothing but nice things to say about him. Hugh runs the Onero classes at BIS, as well as 1:1 appointments on Thursday afternoons.

Winner winner chicken dinner 🥇 Brie has taken out the win for the 60km in May challenge, walking 90km in total in May! (the winner was technically Hugh, who was hiking and did about 280km!!) Congrats Brie (and Hugh)!

It’s very common to feel less motivated to exercise during winter. Cold mornings, darker days and staying indoors more can all make it harder to keep moving.
But over time, moving less can lead to more stiffness, reduced strength, poorer balance and a loss of confidence with everyday activities.
The good news is that staying active during winter doesn’t have to mean intense exercise or spending lots of time outside in the cold. Small amounts of regular movement can make a real difference.
