in most cases, the screen will need to be ordered in and money upfront for screen orders. When making inquiries about screen repair please include the model number of the laptop. Company Policy All Reconditioned Laptops are Parts warranty only does not Include Battery as it's Considered a Disposal Item battery may have a small amount of power at the time of purchase. WHAT IS REFURBISHED
the bottom line is a refurbished laptop is a USED laptop. "Refurbished" is a very broad term that in some cases is very loosely applied to the "condition" section of many item descriptions. Everyone has their own definition of what it means and what needs to be done to a laptop for a seller to call their product "refurbished." In the opinion of most resellers, the least that a laptop reseller should do is:
Test the hardware is to ensure that the components are working (i.e. motherboard, RAM, keyboard, screen, modem, DVD, etc)
Replace any part that is defective. a cracked hinge, a broken latch, etc)
Wipe clean the hard drive, and install a fresh copy of the operating system. Clean the laptop, and ready it for shipping to the buyer. When calling for computer repairs please leave a message I will get back to you ASAP I do not normally answer the Phone after 6 pm each day unless I am not overly busy with family things or Friends so when calling please make note of the time as if its past 6 pm in most cases I will not answer will let it go to voicemail

If you're on a budget or low income please feel free to ask about cheaper rates and I will see what I can do. I offer repair services as well as refurbished I.T. equipment. I can repair and upgrade your PC or laptop within 2 to 3 days. In that time I can service your entire system, replace or upgrade any component, diagnose your Windows software and apps, and make sure your computer is safe from viruses at a minimal cost. I currently have three rates:


$80 an hour for normal rates.


$60 an hour for students.


$50 an hour for concession card holders card must be provided. For problems that I have to test and identify, I charge a diagnostic fee of $35. However, if you repair the machine through me the fee won't be applied. I will need a minimum of 24 hours with the machine to diagnose. I have fixed prices for the following services:

$150-200 dollars for building a machine with parts provided by the client. The warranty provided for all reconditioned laptops and desktops last 6 months. All parts that are sold come with a warranty of 3 months. Any brand new parts used are covered under the respective company warranty.
