We’re proud to share that both our Sydney and Canberra offices have achieved 6-Star Tenancy Energy Ratings through NABERS.

While this rating is not a mandatory requirement for our own operations, it reflects our commitment to holding ourselves to the same high standards we encourage across our client portfolios.

By voluntarily undertaking NABERS Tenancy Energy assessments, we are:

▪️ Identifying opportunities to further improve energy efficiency
▪️Supporting emissions reduction outcomes
▪️Aligning with the objectives of the Net Zero in Government Operations policy wherever feasible

This achievement reinforces our belief in leading by example. Sustainability isn’t just something we deliver for our clients — it’s embedded in the way we operate every day.

We are pleased to announce Craig James as Evolve FM’s Employee of the Month for January 2026.

The client team have praised Craig's commitment and effectiveness, "Craig is a very responsive Evolve employee and has been a great asset, particularly while many of the property team members were away last week. Craig is extremely responsive, friendly and helpful."

Also, from the client, “Craig's assistance on any queries client have had, following up on unresolved issues that have been logged in MRI and he updates us all with anything he's actioned.”

Over the past quarter, the Evolve FM Projects Team has successfully delivered a number of projects across Australia, supporting Commonwealth agencies with fit out, refurbishment and high security works.

Recently completed projects include:

▪️ NDIA Townsville Fit Out
▪️ACQSC Canberra Minor Refurbishment Works – Stage 1
▪️Cancer Australia Minor Refurbishment

These projects were delivered within live operational environments and, in several cases, under strict security and staging requirements. Each required strong stakeholder engagement, disciplined programme control and structured risk management to maintain continuity of services.

A big thank you to the national Projects Division team and delivery partners for their continued commitment to quality, safety and value for money.

We are proud to introduce William, who has recently commenced his School-Based Apprenticeship Training program with Evolve FM.

Through this opportunity, William is working towards his Certificate III in Business, gaining practical, hands-on experience while continuing his high school studies.

In partnership with Aboriginal Employment Strategy, we are committed to providing meaningful mentorship, workplace exposure, and long-term career development - helping students build confidence, skills, and industry knowledge for the future.

We’re excited to support William on this journey and look forward to watching him grow and succeed.

We are proud to recognise Emily Wang as our Employee of the Year, an award that celebrates outstanding contribution and a strong commitment to our company values.

Throughout 2025, Emily has made a consistently significant impact across the business. She supported multiple workstreams across Evolve FM and, under her leadership, her team successfully delivered the Yara client portal project— playing a key role in ensuring a smooth and effective transition for our clients.

Emily is widely regarded as a people leader who demonstrates integrity, particularly in challenging situations, and who consistently goes above and beyond her role. Her contributions to staff engagement initiatives, together with her genuine willingness to support colleagues, are highly valued across the organisation.

She has also taken full end-to-end ownership of efficiency improvements and automation initiatives across Evolve FM, from design through to implementation, delivering meaningful operational improvements and exceptional outcomes for our clients.

We thank Emily for her dedication and recognise the positive impact she continues to make every day.

We are pleased to announce Rosemarie Karaoglu as Evolve FM’s Employee of the Month for December 2025.

Rosemarie leads our NSW procurement team and in her short 2 year tenure is responsible for bringing on board almost 1,000 Local Contractor Companies to deliver proactive and reactive maintenance services to our 500 New South Wales properties that we have under contract.

Rosemaire demonstrates unwavering dedication and commitment to everything she does, demonstrating an astute understanding to the governance and compliance required to attract and maintain such huge Contractor base.
