Gluten free coconut and pandan cake.

I proved myself wrong that, gluten free cake has to be tough!
Here is my Chiffon base cake GF (gluten free) turned out not just fine but perfect, soft and moist.

I was always denied to my customers that I wouldn’t bake it soft and spongy as much as normal flour.

I am thankful to my dear customer who has been my regular ordered in the past year, but then she said if I could make her Gluten free coconut cake as her most favourite one.
