For HADIA Foundation, the challenge was to create a digital presence that could engage donors, support multiple fundraising campaigns and reduce the administrative burden on a volunteer-led team.

OSKY delivered a fully integrated website experience that brought together strategy, UX, design, development, donation systems, QuickBooks integration, Mailchimp automation and scalable WordPress management into one cohesive platform.

The result is a website that not only tells HADIA’s story, but actively supports the organisation’s growth, fundraising and long-term supporter engagement.

For DEFCON Technologies, operating across defence, national security and aerospace, the website needed to do more than look modern. It had to communicate technical depth, trust, credibility and capability to highly specialised audiences.

The new platform gives DEFCON’s team the flexibility to manage content internally, while delivering a fast, responsive and secure experience for technical, commercial and government audiences.

HADIA Foundation is an Australian not-for-profit supporting humanitarian work in Afghanistan across education, health, emergency aid and community empowerment.

For OSKY, this project was about more than delivering a website. It was about helping an organisation driven by its purpose to better share its story, build trust with supporters, and make it easier for people to contribute to meaningful impact.

A few reflections from the recent Financial Wellbeing Conference, and a thank you to the organisers at Good Shepherd for bringing together such an important conversation.

For many people, their first experience of support happens online. It might be through a website, a form, or a digital service. When that experience is confusing or difficult to navigate, people can disengage before they get the help they need.
That is where thoughtful digital design matters.

At OSKY, we see the role of digital as more than just functionality. It is about reducing friction, improving access, and building trust, especially for organisations supporting vulnerable communities.

So the question becomes, what role can digital play in improving financial wellbeing?
It was great to be part of the conversation and to hear so many perspectives on how we can do better.
