Dave is a very familiar face Mitchell and a fan favourite at 5:15am.

Dave has shown incredible discipline and accountability, joining our studio and working HARD every session.

He’s lifts and PBs speak for themselves but his cardiovascular fitness has also improved to no end.

His running capacity, repeat efforts and endurance have come such a long way.

He loves the gym so much he even treated himself to a new Apple Watch 😭 (shoulda seen this thing! His old watch was smashed to pieces)

Not only does Dave smash it himself, he always helps out those around him, hypes them up and celebrates everyone!
