Since our last update in December 2025, construction at Crest Broadbeach has continued to progress rapidly. The project is approaching a key program achievement as it enters its typical structural cycle and tracks toward top-out in early 2027.

With the second tower crane now in place, key structural works are progressing across site. Over the next few months, both towers will begin to rise more rapidly, taking shape and becoming a striking new addition to the Broadbeach skyline.
