🛡️ Service Operations Coordinator / Operations Support Analyst (APS4 equivalent) | ASD

Azooa is currently preparing a response to an ASD requirement and we’re looking to connect with a suitably qualified Service Operations Coordinator / Operations Support Analyst to support the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD).

This is a great opportunity to work in a national cyber security environment, supporting incident response and operational activities that help protect Australian Government systems and networks.

🔹 Contributing to incident response procedures and policy improvements
🔹 Maintaining working knowledge across defensive and offensive cyber domains
🔹 Working across multiple teams to support operational outcomes

🔹 Incident Management & Response – CIISEC Level 3
🔹 Supporting incident management and investigation activities
🔹 Information Risk Management – Level 3
🔹 Third Party Management – Level 3
🔹 Supporting compliance and security requirements in operational environments
🔹 Strong coordination, communication, and team-based delivery capability

📆 Duration: 36 months (12 months initial + 2 x 12-month extensions)
🕒 Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
