All In for National Reconciliation Week 2026!
Reconciliation Australia says: "National Reconciliation Week is a time for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements, and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia."
All In is a call for everyone to commit wholeheartedly to Reconciliation, and to take action to make change towards advancing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ rights.
Reconciliation will not happen by itself, and it will not happen without all of us.
MindMap is proud to be All In for Reconciliation!
The artwork for this campaign is by renowned Gumbaynggirr/Bundjalung artist Otis Hope Carey, who applied his distinctive style to create a colourful and optimistic visual representation of people from all walks of life being ‘all in’ to make change.

Getting sufficient sleep is essential for both our physical and mental well-being.
It enhances mood, cognitive function, and immune response, facilitating growth and repair.
While achieving a restful night's sleep can be challenging, it is certainly possible.
You can try to:
💤 keep a consistent bed and wake time, focus on sticking to the routine
💤use your energy throughout the day
💤avoid consuming too much caffeine
💤reduce exposure to bright lights at night (like blue lights emitted from phones).
Head over to our website mindmap.act.gov.au for more tips on restful sleep strategies.
If you are looking for advice about mental health services in Canberra, you can also speak with one of our Youth Navigators seven days a week, between 11am to 10pm on 1800 862 111 or via webchat on our website.

🎒Tips for a Smooth Transition Back to School🎒
Returning to school after a lengthy break can be challenging, but there are effective strategies to ease the transition.
📝Establish a Routine! Consistency is key! Set a regular bedtime and wake-up time leading up to the start of school. This will help you readjust and feel more organised.
📝Take a Deep Breath! Practicing mindfulness techniques can be beneficial when you start to feel overwhelmed. Check out helpful resources on mindfulness at the MindMap website.
📝Plan Ahead! Whether you're planning a few days, a week, a month, or even the entire year in advance, being proactive will help you stay focused and organised with school tasks.
