Mediation works to help people reach agreements about how to divide their property and finances in a cost effective and timely way. It helps people to work through any roadblocks that can often lead to more legal fees and time delays. For more on how the process works, read my article here:

The thought of dividing property and finances after separation can be daunting at best.
Do you want to resolve your property settlement without spending too much⏰ and 💵? Mediation can be cheaper and quicker than traditional negotiations through lawyers. If you're trying to reach a settlement without lawyers, mediation can help keep conflict to a minimum.

What are the steps to mediate?

1. Invite the other person
You can invite the other person yourself, or you can engage us to invite the other person for you.

2. Book in your pre-mediation session
Each person will meet with Renee 1:1 where she can explain the process and assess whether mediation is right for you.

3. Book in your joint session
If the matter is suitable for mediation, Renee will book you in for a joint meeting (there may be more than one needed). These meetings can be in person or by video. You can be in the same 'room' with the other party or in separate 'rooms (by shuttle).

I'm ready to start when you are - are you ready to mediate?
