There is a critical link between diet and mental health, particularly when it comes to the impact food has on the quality of your sleep π₯
It's easy to fall into this loop and can seem (at times) impossible to get out of it π§
So how do you break the cycle? Going from 0-100 will often result in short term gains that are unsustainable over the long term.
The key is to set micro goals weekly and build on them each week. This will prevent you from burning out and allowing them to become habits that stay with you for life π

You know we are getting towards the end of the year when Christmas decorations pop up in supermarkets π
While it's easy to ask 'why the hell are these here already, it's only November' it's much harder to check in on how we are feeling during this busy period.
So, ask yourself how you are feeling today?
Be honest, and then be kind if it's not the answer you wanted. If it's not, prioritise something for you this weekend and remember it's not long until the end of year π€ΈββοΈ
