How do you decide what your next career move should be? This week, Callum recalls having to choose his final rotation and the steps he took to decide what team he wanted to join next.
📅 Day 250 - After spending over 3 months with CSC’s employer relations team as my third rotation, I’ve decided to join the brand and marketing team for my final rotation.
💡 Insight - Choosing what’s next in your career can be tricky. I consulted my mentor, but also found it helpful to listen to my gut and think about the benefits of the experience.

David landed a rotation that was relevant to his Masters, from which he was able to land a role by asking "I really enjoyed this work, can I stay?".
