Day Five. - Congratulations to chef Ana Cortes for successfully completing her " Introduction to Cheffing on Superyachts Course", we are excited to see where your yacht chef career takes you.

Day Four. - Today we learnt about important information regarding provisioning, galley hygiene, how to store your provisions, floral arrangement class, a special napkin folding class with Director of Crew Pacific - Joy Weston and much more....

Day Three. - Visited a working galley, cocktail Class, understanding the tools to produce a well rounded menu , cooking demonstrations - Wonton Cups with Jerk Chicken, mango chutney and freshly sourced ingredients , plus much more.....

Day Two - today we focused on understanding different food allergies, understanding dietary and religious based diets, plus a number of activities including cooking demos - Frozen Raspberry and Banana Mousse,, plus a really informative and interesting sommelier class with Jessie.
