Water leaks above a ceiling often caused by plumbing failures, roof damage or HVAC issues pose serious risks including structural damage, mold growth, electrical hazards and expensive repairs💧
 
Our plumbing team attended a make safe job at a Bayview Heights property to fix a water leak in the ceiling cavity.

Our electrical team safely disconnected the light fitting whilst our building team repaired the damaged ceiling. Our electrical team then went back and installed a new light fitting to finish off the repair works 🤩
 
As a multi-trade business we can fix the leak, repair the ceiling and attend to any damaged electrical items 💧🛠️💡

A great start to this fascia and roof replacement project! Last week the team started works on this small gazebo before turning their attention to the main house.🏝️

While on site, they couldn’t resist stopping for a quick photo of the stunning view! Not a bad office for the day! 😍

This morning we held our quarterly all staff meeting!

In our meeting we discussed hazardous chemicals & the safe handling of them, general business and employee awards!

We awarded our HVAC technician Michael for always upholding our company values!

This morning we had the team from Milwaukee give our techs a demo on some of their products! 🛠️
