Allison from redlynch wanted to clean her house up for ready to be put on the market for sale, work consisted removal front garden, install a new low maintenance garden, trim back gardens back, mulch all gardens, pressure clean whole external of house, fenced, timber garden edging, driveway, and put aluminum edging on patio to fix the chipped tiles on edge of back patio.

Meglin from redlynch wanted his garden hedges to be tidied up, front garden plants removed for new design, and to have all driveway, pavers, garden edging, patio, and decks to be pressure cleaned.

Alison from redlynch had to replace the pool fence as it wasn't compliant with the Australian Safe Pool Regulations for sale of property, old fence was a chain mesh fence and shadecloth. Work consisted of full strip out and install timber 1800mm fence with maximum 100mm gap in between pailings and a 1000mm of full pailings on each end on both sides ( her's and neighbours as fence is also boundary fence) to make safe and legal.v
