Your wellbeing matters — to you, your workplace family, and, of course, to the people you support.

For your own safety and, of course, the safety of those you support, it's crucial that you are on your A-Game.

Weekend adventures with R! 🚗✨

Meet Sarah 💛

As co-founder alongside her husband Semi, Sarah’s passion for helping others is the driving force behind our team. A mother of five with a background in community services across the UK, Sarah has supported youth justice, homelessness services, and children’s centres — experiences that shaped her compassionate, solutions-focused approach to the NDIS sector.

What truly sets Sarah apart is her belief that when the team feels cared for, valued, and appreciated, participants feel the impact too. She’s dedicated to building a culture where staff thrive, so the support delivered is filled with respect, dignity, and genuine care.

Together with Semi, Sarah leads Turn-Key Support with one goal in mind: creating positive outcomes and meaningful change in the lives of every participant we walk alongside. 🗝️
