• Qualified painter or apprentice

• Able to work independently and as part of a small team

• Own transport preferred

The Role:
Undertake routine clerical activities under instructions, providing customer-centred support and assistance managing the every day organisation of the tradies and apprentices within the business.

Necessary experience:
- Previous administration experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Exemplary phone manner and professional attitude
- Interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding business information

Desired experience:
- Understanding of the construction industry
- Experience in scheduling/rostering
- Experience on Xero office
