You might remember Delilah as one of our precious nine Staffy X puppies who were found abandoned in a bag, inside a box, on a walking trail in the Barossa Valley. 💔

Her beginning was heartbreaking — but that beginning was never going to define her. 🪽

Fast-forward to today and Delilah has grown into the most gorgeous, playful little girl with so much love and personality to give. 🥹💜

She loves to play, explore and get involved in everything going on around her. She has that wonderful puppy curiosity that makes every new experience an adventure, followed of course by plenty of cuddles and a good snooze when the batteries finally run out! 😂🐶

Like every puppy, Delilah will need ongoing guidance, boundaries, socialisation and training. Bringing a puppy into your family is a commitment not just for the cute puppy stage, but for every stage that follows. ❤️

From nine tiny babies abandoned on a walking trail to watching each of them grow, learn and discover the world around them — their journey reminds us exactly why rescue matters.

Delilah was found that day for a reason.

She was given her second chance.

🐾🩷 GET TO KNOW ME — I’M SHANIA! 🩷🐾

Hi everyone, my name is Shania, and while I’m not quite ready to find my forever home yet, Nameless Angels thought this would be the perfect opportunity for us to start getting to know each other. 🥰🐾

My story began with heartbreak.

My owner sadly passed away, and the local council took me and my tiny babies into their care. They knew we needed somewhere safe where I could raise my little family, so they reached out to Nameless Angels Dog Rescue Inc.

And thankfully, they came to our rescue. 🪽❤️

When I arrived, my babies were only around one week old.

I actually originally had five precious puppies, but sadly, one of my little babies passed away within the first few days. 💔🌈

I’m now raising my four beautiful babies, and my Angel Carer says I’m a pretty devoted mumma. I make sure my babies are fed, warm, safe and very well loved. 🐶🐶🐶🐶

With everything that happened, my whole world changed very quickly. But as the days have passed and I’ve realised that my babies and I are safe, I’ve started showing everyone a little more of who I am too. 🥹

I’m gentle, loving and affectionate, and one of my favourite things is giving my Angel Carer little kisses. 💋

Maybe it’s my way of saying thank you for looking after my little family.

Right now, being Mum is my most important job, so I’m not ready for adoption just yet.

But that doesn’t mean we can’t start getting to know each other! 🩷

Over the coming weeks, Nameless Angels will be sharing more about me — my personality, the things I love, what makes me happy and, eventually, what kind of forever family might be perfect for me.

Because once my babies are big enough to start their own adventures…

It will finally be my turn. 🥹🏡

My turn to be somebody’s baby.

My turn to be spoiled.

My turn to discover life beyond motherhood.

And my turn to find my very own happy ever after. 🩷🪽

🐾 THE SECRET LIFE OF DOG PAWS 🐾

Those adorable little paws are doing much more than carrying your dog around! 🐶❤️

A dog’s paw pads are pretty incredible.

🛡️ Protection — tough pads help protect their feet from different surfaces.

💙 Shock Absorbers — they help cushion every walk, run, jump and zoomie!

🌡️ Temperature Control — dogs have sweat glands in their paw pads, and the pads also provide some insulation.

🐾 Grip & Traction — helping dogs stay steady while walking, running and exploring.

✨ Sensory Superpowers — paws contain nerve endings that help dogs feel the surface beneath them.

From gentle strolls to crazy zoomies, those little paws work hard every single day. 🥰

🐾❤️ LOOK WHO’S STILL COMING TO NAMELESS ANGELS — WOODY! ❤️🐾

Well… there’s been another little twist in Woody’s journey from Alice Springs to Adelaide! 🥹🐶

The person in Alice Springs who had initially expressed interest in adopting Woody unfortunately didn’t respond to follow-up messages.

So the wonderful team at Charlie’s Angels Dog Sanctuary came back to us and asked:

“Can Nameless Angels still take Woody?”

Our answer?

A HUGE YES! 🙌❤️🐾

Woody is STILL coming to Nameless Angels Dog Rescue Inc. — and we couldn’t be happier!

This gorgeous little boy was found completely alone in the Alice Springs bush as a newborn, with his umbilical cord still attached. He was lovingly hand-raised by Charlie’s Angels Dog Sanctuary and has grown into the cheeky, playful and VERY vocal little character he is today. 😂❤️

And now his next adventure is about to begin!

🏡 AN EXPERIENCED ANGEL CARER IS WAITING

We have arranged for one of our experienced Angel Carers to foster Woody first, giving him time to settle after his enormous journey and allowing us to get to know him properly before finding the family who will become his happy ever after. 💚

We had so many wonderful people offer to Foster-to-Adopt Woody, and we genuinely thank every single one of you for putting your hands up to help this special boy. 🙏❤️

And don’t worry — Woody will still be looking for his forever family! 🏡🐾

Once he has arrived, settled with his Angel Carer and we’ve had the opportunity to learn a little more about him, Woody will officially be put up for adoption.

If you’re on the couch, I’m beside you.
If you’re in bed, I’m touching you.
If you go to another room… obviously I’m coming too. 🐶🐾

For a rescue dog, staying close can be about more than cuddles. It can mean comfort, trust and finally knowing they belong.

After spending too long feeling alone, being close to their favourite person can become their favourite place in the world. 🥹❤️

So yes… you may have adopted a dog.

But you also gained a permanent little shadow. 😂🐾

This Saturday, these precious babies will be 6 weeks old, which means we’re ready to start accepting Expressions of Interest for their future forever families. 🏡🪽

🐾 Roly — our curious little explorer! He loves checking out what’s happening around him and has a gorgeous, playful nature.

🐾 Ruffles — a sweet little boy who is growing in confidence every day and loves being part of the action.

🩷 Remi — our laid-back little lady. Gentle and loving, she adores her food, loves rolling around like her brother Roly and has started pouncing on her siblings when it’s playtime. 😂

🩷 Raven — AKA our little Dora the Explorer! This adventurous little girl loves discovering everything around her. Curious, confident and always ready to investigate, Raven is already showing us her wonderfully inquisitive little personality. 🥹🐾

Four beautiful babies. Four different little personalities. And four very special happy-ever-afters waiting to be written. ❤️

🐾 Day in the Life of Jocky — Day 1

Being the last foster pup in the house 🥹

All my foster brothers and sisters have found their families, which means I'm officially the last foster pup standing! I'm still waiting for my forever hoomans, so here's what I got up to today…

🌅 Step 1: Head outside for my morning toilet, then come back into my pen and sit like a good boy for breakfast. We're still working on the whole “wait until the bowl actually reaches the ground” thing… apparently that's important. 😂

💻 Step 2: Become Foster Mum's official office dog for the day. Very important position. Duties include supervising, distracting and occasionally sleeping on the job.

🐷 Step 3: Tell a pig's ear who's boss… before discovering that it's actually DELICIOUS. Safe to say, the pig's ear did not win.

🥕 Step 4: Try peanut butter for the first time on a carrot. 10/10. Would recommend.

😴 Step 5: Into my crate for a sleep like the good boy I am. Being this handsome is exhausting.

And that's Day 1 of life as the last foster pup in the house. 💙

Jocky is still looking for his forever hoomans — maybe they'll find him before Day 2? 🥹🐾
