Yesterday a crew from Branyan assisted a landowner with their permit burn 🔥

Remember, if its over 2mx2mx2 you need a permit which you can get through your local fire warden

🔥 St Florian’s Day — International Firefighters’ Day

Today we honour and remember those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.
We carry their memory with us — today and every day.

“The bravest are surely those who have the clearest vision of what is before them, glory and danger alike, and yet notwithstanding, go out to meet it.”
— Thucydides

To all firefighters — volunteer and career — thank you for your courage, your service, and your unwavering commitment to protecting our communities.

đźš’ Brayan RFB Volunteers Ready at Any Hour

No matter the time of day, Brayan Rural Fire Brigade volunteers are always ready to answer the call.

In the early hours of yesterday morning, our crew responded to a fire at the Bundaberg Waste Facility.
Our tanker, alongside the tanker from South Kolan, provided bulk water support to assist Queensland Fire & Rescue in bringing the flames under control and fully extinguishing the fire.

A huge thank‑you to our dedicated volunteers whose commitment keeps our community safe.
