My name is Rhiannon and I’m an Enrolled Nurse with community nursing experience.

I currently have capacity to take on more nursing clients in both NDIS and Home Care

A bit about me, I have worked as a community nurse in the aged care sector for the past 6 years assisting clients with their home care package needs, wound care, stoma care, personal care, medication administration, female catheter insertion, Subcutaneous injections and insulin.

I can assist with Holistic planning and linking you with multidisciplinary teams.

Education and support to access My Aged Care services who can provide supports and funding for future care.

A little bit about me and the vision behind R & R.
I started my professional career as a Care worker in residential care setting 10 years ago, I soon after developed a love and a passion for helping people, I decided to take my career further and complete my Enrolled Nursing Diploma, which allowed me to worked for the next 6 years in home and community sector as a community nurse
My role as a community nurse was very diverse, I provided support and education to support workers, I provided holistic care to my community clients I believe it requires a team to provide the most successful meaningful care.
I have extensive knowledge in the Aged Care. My Aged Care and ACAT processes
I started my own business because I want to share my vision and I want to provide all my clients with the complete care they deserve
R & R will do all the hard work and provide a team of specialist people around you enriching your overall life.
