Fathers day sunday scroll give away. We are giving away the first 50 Original scrolls for free this sunday. 1 scroll per person.

Also for this fathers day we will be doing our scroll daddy and our iced salted matcha for 6 bucks.

The scroll daddy is iced cold brew from Rumble Coffee Roasters , brown sugar and a cinnamon cold foam.

Iced salted matcha, palm sugar syrup and salted coconut cream.

All our cinnamon scrolls are naturally leavened, so looking for someone that is keen to learn the method but can also share their own knowledge of their craft.

Let's talk about the dough, all the cinnamon scrolls are a naturally leavened dough made with a pannetone starter. The scrolls you eat today were allready in the works three days before.

We use a low hydration starter that's fed three times a day before being made into a mother dough that's left to proof overnight, its then made into a second dough where we add St David Dairy butter, eggs,sugar and flour from Wholegrain Milling Co..

After that we get to roll our cinnamon scrolls in a cinnamon butter, and then placed on top of a light caramel to moisten the dough. They are then proofed for 8 hours. The result is a scroll that stays softer longer and is better for you.

Zoe wants to give away some cinnamon scrolls to celebrate our first week. We will give away 2 cinnamon scrolls to three people on Sunday. To enter comment and give us a follow, names will be drawn saturday 15th 8pm.

Also to celebrate for the month of August we are doing an original cinnamon scroll and a regular size coffee for 12 bucks and a free regular coffee with any bag of Rumble Coffee Roasters coffee beans purchased.

Ok legends we are opening the doors tomorrow after a long wait. 8am till 1pm or sold out, 6 Grantham st Brunswick West.

We want to serve you the best we can, and the process to make the scrolls is long, so to ensure quality numbers are limited. Over the coming weeks as the team grows numbers will increase, but until then if we sell out early please be kind and understanding. All our cinnamon scrolls are sourdough brioche and take three days to make.

We will be serving Rumble Coffee Roasters and will also have two speciality drinks on.
